Build Failures

Symptom

Build fails with error code DOCKERFILE_BUILD_FAILED or DEPENDENCY_INSTALL_FAILED.

What it means

The compilation worker failed to build your code layers.

Most likely causes

• Missing dependency files (e.g. package-lock.json or go.sum).
• Syntax errors in compilation steps or tests.
• Build exceeded the 20-minute execution limit.

How to diagnose it

Stream the build logs to read compiler standard output:

kubeletto logs my-service --build
