1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kubeletto's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

Kubeletto provides a cloud deployment platform that enables developers to deploy, manage, and scale applications. Our services include:

• Automated application deployment from Git repositories
• Container orchestration and management
• Custom domain configuration
• Application monitoring and logging

3. Access and Beta Policy

During the active beta phase, access to Kubeletto is free. Resources are metered for sandbox stability. Subscription-based paid plans and custom limits are planned for introduction post-beta.

Resource limits are total allocations per service instance.

4. Resource Usage Limits

• Free Sandbox: Free sandbox resources are metered automatically to prevent system abuse and ensure cluster stability.
• Account Suspension: We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend services that exceed resource thresholds or exhibit abnormal CPU/memory usage profiles during the beta period.
• Data Retention: Build logs, analytics metrics, and container configurations are persisted temporarily and may be garbage collected regularly during the beta.

5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Specifically, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not deploy malicious software, cryptocurrency miners, or spam servers
• Not perform unauthorized penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or denial-of-service tests against Kubeletto infrastructure or other tenants
• Not attempt to bypass resource limits, rate limits, or tenant isolation controls

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability for Kubeletto's services. However, because Kubeletto is currently in beta, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime SLAs, or immediate support response times, and we may perform system maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kubeletto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account and services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Evidence of illegal activities or security violations may be preserved and shared with relevant authorities.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Jakarta District Court.
