1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kubeletto's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

Kubeletto provides a cloud deployment platform that enables developers to deploy, manage, and scale applications. Our services include:

• Automated application deployment from Git repositories
• Container orchestration and management
• Custom domain configuration
• Application monitoring and logging

3. Subscription and Payments

Kubeletto offers subscription-based pricing plans in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment provider in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

Resource limits and custom domains are total allocations per plan.

4. Billing and Cancellation

• Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial of the Starter plan. No payment information is required to start the trial.
• Trial Conversion: At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to the Starter paid plan (Rp 30.000/bulan) unless you cancel or upgrade to a different plan.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not deploy malicious software or content

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kubeletto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
