1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and restrictions governing the use of Kubeletto's cloud deployment platform and related hosting services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. Violating these terms may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account without warning.
2. Prohibited Workloads & Activities
You may not deploy, run, or distribute any applications or content on Kubeletto that falls under any of the following categories:
- Malicious Code: Malware, viruses, trojan horses, worms, ransomware, spyware, or keyloggers.
- Cryptocurrency Mining: Mining of Bitcoin, Ethereum, Monero, or any other cryptocurrency, token, or virtual asset.
- Spam & Bulk Messaging: Open email relays, unsolicited bulk email (spam), SMS spammers, or hosting listservers.
- Command and Control (C2): Running C2 frameworks or botnet coordinators.
- Illegal or Harmful Material: Hosting or distributing materials that are illegal, promote violence, constitute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
3. No Security Testing or Penetration Testing
To preserve the stability and security of our shared single-node tenant infrastructure, we strictly prohibit unauthorized security testing:
- Penetration Testing: Running vulnerability scanners, port scanners, fuzzers, or manual penetration testing tools against Kubeletto's core API, build workers, or runtime environment is strictly prohibited.
- Denial of Service (DoS): Any activity intended to degrade platform performance, cause resource exhaustion, or deny service to other tenants.
- Bypassing Controls: Attempting to break container isolation, access root capabilities, or escape the sandbox runtime.
If you wish to conduct a security assessment or report a vulnerability, please refer to our Responsible Disclosure guidelines or contact us at [email protected]. Do not test live production environments without prior written consent.
4. Shared Infrastructure & Abuse Prevention
Kubeletto's Free Sandbox plan shares resources across a multi-tenant node. You agree not to abuse these shared allocations:
- Quota Circumvention: Registering multiple accounts to bypass free-tier resource limits or service quotas.
- Resource Exhaustion: Designing workloads with the sole purpose of locking CPU, inflating disk/memory consumption, or generating artificial network traffic.
- Fair Use Throttling: We reserve the right to throttle, scale-to-zero, or suspend workloads that disrupt the node's noisy-neighbor limits or cause performance degradation for other co-tenants.
5. Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a vulnerability or security flaw in Kubeletto, you are encouraged to report it confidentially. Please send report details to [email protected]. Do not disclose vulnerabilities publicly or exploit them for personal gain prior to coordinate remediation.
6. Enforcement & Reporting
We actively monitor platform health and log metrics. If we detect violations of this AUP, we will take immediate action, which may include:
- Immediate, unilateral suspension of the offending tenant's services.
- Account termination and deletion of all associated data.
- Cooperation with relevant law enforcement agencies where illegal activity is suspected.
To report abuse or violations of this policy by any tenant, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
